Rich Herdwick Lamb Tagine
Our Rich Lamb Tagine really brings back the memories of home made, fresh tasting, packed & flavoursome food! A true taste of Moroccan themes & made rich by an array of tasty fruits including a homemade base. We locally source our Lamb to ensure only the best quality and our Chef takes care of the meat to keep it succulent and textured. Such a winning dish!
Lamb, Apricots, Sultanas, Almonds, Carrots, Onions, Garlic, Tomato, Herbs, Spices.
Pre heat Oven to 180°c - Time 45 minutes
Place dish into the oven still in the tray provided and cook on 180°c for the first 20 minutes then remove, mix well. Return to the oven at 160°c for the remaining 25 minutes. Rest for 5 minutes then serve.
