Grilled home cured Mackerel on a zingy Slaw


What a way to start any dinner party or event with some fresh home cured Mackerel supplied by our local Fishmonger.  The Mackerel has been cured & cared for until it reaches perfection! Our Zingy Slaw, has been uber-locally sourced by our Chefs own garden of supplies & handmade at our Kitchens. The Slaw really does compliment the fish and gives it a tasty little edge, executed well by Head Chef – Give it a try!


Mackerel, Carrots, Celeriac, Fennel, Lemon, Chilli, Garlic, Soy Sauce, Vinegar, Sugar, Herbs & Spices


Place the Mackerel in tray provided under a pre-heated Grill (Temp as high as possible) for approx 3-5 minutes or until the skin starts to colour. Take out and rest for 2 minutes, Portion out the Slaw and pop the Mackerel on top.
