Our Hyper-local Chimichurri Oxtail & Pig Cheek Terrine. The Herbs have been picked from within walking distance from our Kitchen! A wonderful easy to dish-up starter which is given a unique WOW factor by our Chefs homemade marinade which is only available here. The Pig Cheeks are locally sourced & so tender you are bound to fall madly, deeply in love with this dish.
We would recommend pairing this up as an accompaniment to a meat platter. Great with some crusty bread.

Oxtail, Pig Cheeks, Air Dried Ham, Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Vinegar, Garlic, Herbs & Spices.
Use a very sharp (sometimes a warm knife helps) to slice into 8 even portions for you & your guests and enjoy.
