Bourbon & Beetroot Roasted Mussels
A fresh dish made up of locally sourced Mussels, some fresh Beets and a dash of Bourbon to make a one pot sensation! This starter is simple, elegant and brings a trendy edge to your dinner party! We recommend a little warm crusty bread on the side to mop up the beautiful taste of the Bourbon
Mussels, Beetroot, Bourbon, Vinegar, Herbs & Spices
Pre heated Oven 180°c - Time 10 minutes
Place the tray of the Mussels into the pre heated oven for 10 minutes then remove and shake. Ensure all mussels are covered in the sauce and replace back into the oven for a further 5 minutes. Take out and serve. Discard any Mussels which did not open.
